Having spent her entire life possessing a passion for all things fitness, movement, and health oriented, Melody has become an ACE certified fitness instructor and is focusing her efforts on training both in group settings and one-on-one sessions.  Incorporating a love for dance, music, and extreme athleticism, Melody hopes to assist others in their attempts to achieve a happier, healthier, more fulfilling daily life.

Bari classes are high energy workouts composed of cardio and muscle sculpting exercises to shape your body to its ultimate form.
